*Copyright: According to the Copyright Law of Taiwan, a design work is automatically entitled to copyright once it is created, and its copyright belongs to the creator (designer) in principle, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by both parties.

Upon completion of the payment, the customer will obtain the authorization to use the design for the specific purpose and within the scope of use, and may not modify, resell, sublicense, or use the design for other unauthorized purposes without authorization.

If the client has a request for a full copyright transfer (i.e., buyout) or an extended license, please submit it at the beginning or at the end of the project. Depending on the use and scope of the project, a separate quotation will be made and a licensing/transfer agreement will be signed.

* Right to display works: I reserve the right to publicly display this work on my website and social media platforms in order to demonstrate my design capabilities, but will not disclose any commercially sensitive information.

* Subsequent modification of authorizationIf you need to make adjustments or commission a third party to make modifications in the future, please specify your needs at the time of project completion, or use a separate service contract for extended authorization and maintenance negotiation.
